More than gaining information, this cohort is about awakening to our experiences and meeting the Spirit in our stories.

We each have a story that tells how we got to this point. There is power in knowing ourselves which opens the door to growth.

We will explore six spiritual movements that build a framework for integration into dignity, joy, and intimacy.

We will observe a variety of spiritual practices that help us engage in these movements within our context.

Seven one and a half hour group spiritual direction sessions
Access to a private Whatsapp chat for additional engagement with the group and director
Tools and practices to help develop rhythms towards growth beyond the cohort.
